All orders are shipped directly from our studio located in Los Angeles. 
 

Order Processing

All Two Fish orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 4 business days of order date. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays).

 

USA Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $5 USD for all shipments within the US. All domestic orders under $500 USD are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $500 USD are shipped using UPS 3-Day Select and will require signature confirmation.

International Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $15 USD for all international shipments. International shipments typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. You must include your phone number at checkout in order to prevent any shipment delays. This way if/when the courier needs to get in contact with you prior to delivery, they can do so swiftly. Two Fish is not responsible for abandoned packages if the courier cannot get in contact with you.

We will send out tracking information to the email address provided once the order has been shipped.

 
Delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not factor in any delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances i.e. severe weather, circumstances related to the courier itself, global pandemics, etc.
